wear/play it for an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening. You can
continue your normal activity while wearing the BabyPlus Prenatal Education System. Each audio
lesson is played for an hour twice a day for seven consecutive days. Subsequent
lessons are played the next week, and so on for the rest of the pregnancy until
the curriculum is completed. While each audio lesson is intended to be played
for a specific number of days, the duration of play of each lesson may be
